Job Description
Join Citizens as a Private Client Relationship Manager, where you'll engage with affluent clients, develop personalized financial strategies, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing client relationships and achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with other business lines for a seamless client experience
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or other relevant experience
Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients
Minimum two licenses required: SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
