Travel Nurse RN - Case Management - $2,222 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Kinston, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments and care coordination.
• Perform admission criteria evaluations, concurrent, continued stay, and retrospective reviews.
• Utilize InterQual and Milliman guidelines for utilization management.
• Manage appeals, denials, and care planning for various units (ER, ICU, SDU/PCU/IMC/Obs, Women’s Services, IM/MOON).
• Coordinate discharge planning and facilitate appropriate DME orders.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as an RN in acute hospital settings; prior charge experience a plus.
• Travel Experience: Required (NO first-time travelers).
• Licensure: RN license in North Carolina.

• Certifications: BLS required; ACM/CCM preferred.

   

Charting System: Epic experience required.
