Key Responsibilities
Perform general building services including repairs and maintenance
Ensure facilities are clean, functional, and secure
Conduct basic repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and HVAC
Maintain grounds and ensure compliance with NYC regulations
Document and report facility-related issues to supervisors
Attend required safety and operational training
Required Qualifications
GED/High School Diploma
Valid driver's license
Five years' experience in building construction/maintenance/repair
Preferred Qualifications
Educational/Trade certificate in a related field
Basic computer knowledge
