Key Responsibilities
Drive and develop departmental continuous improvement initiatives
Assemble mechanical and electrical satellite components
Lead process work and review output for quality
Facilitate daily team meetings and end-of-shift reporting
Support new-hire training programs and develop training plans
Drive safety standards and operations protocol
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years relevant aerospace manufacturing experience
4+ years of hands-on work experience in Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, and/or Harness Integration
4+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment with Flight Hardware
4+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years prior leadership experience
Experience bringing teams and processes from development to production
Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license
Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/or drawings
Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and cleanroom requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous military service a plus
