Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI imaging procedures on patients
Screen patients for precautions or contraindications
Explain MRI procedures and support patients during exams
Adjust MRI scan parameters as needed
Maintain patient records and ensure safety regulations
Assist with department support and training of new associates
Required Qualifications
ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist
Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiography
Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state
Current CPR certification
Training and experience to perform MRI procedures independently
Certification in imaging specialty
