Job Description

Join Charles Schwab as a Client Banking Services Professional, where you will enhance the client experience by providing exceptional service and expertise on banking products. You will handle a high volume of calls, making a significant impact on clients' financial needs while working in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients calling for assistance
  • Field 40-60 inbound calls daily regarding banking products and services
  • Provide subject matter expertise on deposit accounts, online account management, and more

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience (including internships or volunteer experience)
  • Ability to multi-task with experience using multiple computing applications
  • Ability to work in the office 75% - 100% of the time
  • Willingness to work set shifts, which may include weekends or evenings
