Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients calling for assistance
Field 40-60 inbound calls daily regarding banking products and services
Provide subject matter expertise on deposit accounts, online account management, and more
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year work experience (including internships or volunteer experience)
Ability to multi-task with experience using multiple computing applications
Ability to work in the office 75% - 100% of the time
Willingness to work set shifts, which may include weekends or evenings
