Key Responsibilities
Preparation of food according to the planned menu
Adhere to food storage guidelines
Report safety issues and medical errors

Handle raw/cooked products according to sanitary guidelines
Maintain a proper production schedule
Perform sanitation duties as assigned
Properly store all prepared foods utilizing the FIFO system
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years grill/high volume experience
Experience in high production food service
