Join CenterWell Home Health as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain their strength and independence in the comfort of their homes. You'll implement treatment plans and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy services planned and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist
Assist in implementing vocational/education programs
Design/adapt equipment and working/living environments
Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients
Report observations to Occupational Therapist and document in patient records
Instruct patients and families regarding home programs and adaptive equipment
Participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities
Design community reintegration activities
Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted OTA licensure
Minimum of six months occupational therapist assistant experience
Current CPR certification
Good organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
