Job Description

Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Professional to assist clients with their taxes remotely. You will leverage your tax expertise and excellent customer service skills to help clients navigate tax complexities using TurboTax products.

Key Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

2 years of paid tax experience
Active PTIN
Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Experience with commercial tax preparation software
