Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of human resource management
Develop and facilitate competency management and clinical nursing education
Oversee professional role development and policy standardization
Foster collaborative partnerships and scientific inquiry
Manage transition to practice and hiring/onboarding/orientation of new staff
Assist NPD director with educational framework and budgetary matters
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience in clinical practice
At least 2 years of NPD practitioner experience
At least 3 years of progressive leadership
Licensed Registered Nurse from the CT DPH
NPD Specialty Certification within six months
BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate
