Requirements
- Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Associate's degree in nursing; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
- NRP, STABLE (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year full-time inpatient experience as a NICU RN within the last year.
- Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
- Strong familiarity with managing ventilators, managing CPAP/BIPAP, assisting during bedside procedures such as fetal intubation and midline/central line placement, and managing incubators.
