Integrated Services for Behavioral Health
The Community Behavioral Health Worker provides in-home and community-based behavioral health services tailored to individuals and families, helping them access resources and manage their well-being. The role involves assessment, documentation, collaboration with local partners, and participation in program planning and quality assurance activities. Candidates should have relevant experience or a degree, cultural awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a technology-driven environment.

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour.
