Join the ASPCA as a Lead Veterinarian, where you'll lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care to underserved communities. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor medicine and surgery at the veterinary clinics
Train veterinarians in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter techniques
Support a positive work culture of respect, belonging, and teamwork
Perform pre-surgery physical examinations and high-volume spay/neuter procedures
Provide compassionate, quality preventive and basic care to patients
Required Qualifications
Current California State Veterinary License
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary college
Minimum one year of experience in high quality, high volume spay/neuter
Minimum three years veterinary experience in small animal medicine and surgery
Excellent work attendance record
Preferred Qualifications
Previous people management experience strongly preferred
