Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician (TA) and make a meaningful impact on students' lives by providing specialized support in the classroom. You'll work closely with students to manage behaviors, develop skills, and foster academic engagement in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs in individual or small group settings
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
