Position Summary: Maria Parham Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit for night shifts. The PCU RN provides intermediate-level care to patients who require close monitoring and specialized nursing interventions, bridging the gap between intensive care and general medical-surgical units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV therapies
• Perform detailed assessments and respond to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and recovery processes
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
