Accounting Manager Job in Phoenix, AZ! You will be responsible for overseeing a small but mighty team of Accountants and Analysts and performing all accounting functions within the company, reporting directly to the CFO. Accounting Manager Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a midsize accounting team
• Prepare internal and external financial reporting
• Overseeing all accounting functions
• Analyze current procedures and reporting and recommend changes to develop and implement best practices

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required - in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
• 6+ years of accounting and management experience
• NetSuite software preferred
• CPA preferred
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to build great working relationships
