As a Group Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, you will lead heart-rate-based workouts, motivate members to achieve fitness goals, and promote a positive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and motivate members through pre-designed, full-body workouts
Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals
Ensure safe and effective form and offer corrections
Share knowledge of heart-rate-based training and stay updated on industry trends
Confidently use and demonstrate all studio equipment
Be a supportive team player dedicated to an incredible member experience
Required Qualifications
AED/CPR certification
Current fitness certification from an OTF-approved education entity
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience
