🩺 What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, high-quality, evidence-based care using the nursing process.
• Support patients and families with compassion and clear communication.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff for optimal outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, shared governance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a mentor/preceptor to other nurses and students.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

✅ Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Georgia RN license (or Compact license).
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
  • ACLS (AHA) – Required
  • PALS – Preferred
  • NRP – Preferred
• Minimum 10 years of direct patient care experience required.
