Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Train, schedule, and supervise assigned staff
Provide sensory processing evaluations and monitor treatment
Promote community integration
Ensure person-centered assessment and goal setting
Complete documentation of progress notes and evaluations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Order treatment supplies and equipment
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
State licensure as MS, OTR/L
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
