Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and ascertain the purpose of their visit
Schedule client appointments and manage cancellations
Enter client information into the electronic medical record system
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Handle billing processes and verify insurance coverage
Maintain cleanliness and stock in reception area
Assist with administrative projects and support various departments
Abide by HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of front desk, administrative or customer service experience
1+ years of experience in front service desk, administrative assistant or customer service role
1+ years of experience presenting, reading, and interpreting information
1+ years of experience using work-related software including Microsoft Office
1+ years of experience understanding terminology of the mental health field
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in front service desk, administrative assistant or customer service role
2+ years of experience reading and interpreting policy and procedure manuals
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently
