Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability
Monitor business activities for compliance with contractual agreements
Develop action plans to meet annual objectives
Create customer programs to enhance brand visibility
Identify key decision-makers for account management
Audit account sales records for accuracy
Adjust coverage responsibilities to achieve goals
Train, manage, and motivate Sales and Merchandising team
Operate within established budgets and report activity
Required Qualifications
3 years of merchandising experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Access to a reliable vehicle
Valid auto insurance
