Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:30 - 17:00) Description: The UH OR has a hybrid OR suite that is utilized by Neurosurgeons who are endovascular specialized. The cases include diagnostic cerebral angiograms, treatment of strokes, ruptured aneurysms, AVMs, and carotid stenting.The shift is negotiable is 4x10s (6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Monday-Friday, with on-call requirements for after hours and weekends. The cases include diagnostic cerebral angios, carotid stents, ruptured aneurysms, spinal angios, AVMs, neuro embolization, vertebroplasty/ kyphoplasty, and strokes. Special Procedures/Unit Details : - Special Equipment : PREFERRED:OutpatientORsurgery/C-armcontrasthemodynamic monitoring #Tier4 Travel Compliance There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start no exceptions. Please screen for any candidate vacation time taking place immediately after booking as this will likely cause a push due to fingerprinting delays. Please only submit to one location. The AM team will find the best fit for the clinician. PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE URGENCY OF THE OHIO FINGERPRINTING PROCESS. Candidate must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign contract. TRAVELERS WHO ARE UNRESPONSIVE OR UNCOOPERATIVE WITH CREDENTIALING ARE AT RISK OF PUSH/CANCEL. All candidates who are currently outside the state of Ohio but within driving distance will be required to drive to a fingerprinting location in Ohio as soon as possible after booking.
