Job Description:
Join the dedicated team at North Memorial Health - Maple Grove Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional respiratory care. In this position, you will perform comprehensive respiratory therapy duties, including oxygen administration, ventilator management, and initiating and assessing respiratory care services. You will also be responsible for conducting diagnostic studies and providing recommendations for care under physician supervision. This role requires a commitment to excellence and aligns with the hospital’s mission, vision, values, and guiding principles.

Certifications and Licenses:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certification: Active and valid RRT credential from The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
State License: Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Respiratory Therapist.

• Experience: Prior clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred, especially night shift experience.
