Key Responsibilities
Provides treatments by evaluating function and applying appropriate treatments.
Participates in interdisciplinary approaches for community education and clinical education of students.
Conducts evaluations and modifies treatment based on patients’ symptoms and medical status.
Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and functional activities.
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines and department policies.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
