Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document resident care and medication administration outcomes

Communicate changes in resident conditions to the charge nurse
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Completion of state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
High school diploma or GED
