Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room RN with experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in the emergency department, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure efficient and effective treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Three (3) years of recent Emergency Department experience required
- BSN required
- Travel experience preferred, including completion of at least one contract assignment
- New Jersey License or Compact License required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required; pending certifications will not be accepted
