Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while managing the repair process. You will educate customers, complete estimates, and ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and repair techniques
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repairs and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed about their vehicle status
Review data procedures with Body Technicians
Handle disbursement paperwork and address exceptions
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
