Key Responsibilities
Facilitate member experience through phone calls, emails, and requests
Assist members with insurance quotes, binding new business, and billing
Provide complete and accurate advice for insurance products
Operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
