Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Historian/Phlebotomist, where you'll play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma donations. With a commitment to excellent customer service and safety, you’ll engage with donors, screen for eligibility, and ensure seamless operations in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and take vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs rarely
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
