A prestigious organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They will perform behavioral assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for conditions such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD. The role focuses on improving individuals' lives by promoting positive behavior changes and skill acquisition. The center offers a salary of $120K - $135K per year, along with comprehensive employment packages for full-time staff, including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and behavior plans
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Active Maryland license
- At least 1 year of experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective and compassionate communication skills
Job Type
- Part-time (1-3 days per week)
- Full-time (36-48 hours per week)
