Travel Pay Rate: $2,305/weekly ($23/hr w2 + $1,477/week Non - taxable stipend)

Position Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg/Telemetry unit , responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with medical, surgical, and cardiac conditions. The RN will monitor telemetry rhythms, manage complex medication regimens, and coordinate care in a fast-paced acute-care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diagnoses including CHF, post-MI, respiratory failure, diabetes, sepsis, and electrolyte imbalances.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms via telemetry and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications (IV drips, cardiac meds, antibiotics) and perform wound care, Foley/catheter management, and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (Epic preferred) .

Note: Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility Ohio Health Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 to be eligible to apply

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN License
• Minimum 1 years of recent MS/Tele experience
• Minimum 1 year of Step Down or Critical Care experience & Large hospital experience.
• ACLS, BLS (Required)
• Proficiency with Epic or similar EMR systems
