Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

*Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.

*Develop personalized treatment plans.

*Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care.

*Educate patients and families on treatment options.

*Maintain accurate documentation.

Shift: 

*8H Day - 8:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM with occasional weekends. Productivity Standards: 88% 

Qualifications:

*Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

*State SLP license. 

*Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology

*Strong communication and teamwork skills
