Job Description
Join Touchstone Communities as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, where you will lead sales initiatives and support skilled nursing facilities across South Texas. Drive growth and enhance market positioning while being part of a mission-driven team dedicated to excellence in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to local teams and executives
Coach and mentor Directors of Admissions and business development teams
Conduct routine community visits and ensure alignment and performance
Analyze regional market trends and assist communities in meeting census goals
Contribute to quarterly business planning and marketing strategy development
Participate in system-wide sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in census development
Referral relationship management
Team coaching
Experience as an Area or Regional Sales & Business Development Manager in long-term care, post-acute, or senior living
Must reside in the greater Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region
