Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assess nursing care needs of patients and plan interventions
Evaluate outcomes of care
Supervise nursing care of non-licensed nursing staff
Make patient assignments and supervise unit activities
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider card
Couplet Care experience
Current Mom Baby Experience
Preferred Qualifications
BSN required within 24 months of hire
NRP required within 3 months of hire or transfer
STABLE within 18 months of hire
