The Case Assistant supports adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence through direct care and guidance, advocating for their needs, and helping develop essential life skills. Key Responsibilities
Support residents in attaining independent living skills and individual goals
Assist residents with daily living activities
Advocate for residents with other service providers
Complete documentation of resident interactions
Participate in staff meetings and trainings
Required Qualifications
High school degree or HSE
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in a Human Services or Community Mental Health setting
