Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will drive sales performance and develop your team of Sales Consultants to achieve profitable growth. You'll lead coaching efforts, manage customer engagement, and ensure excellent service delivery, making a significant impact on the district's success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction
Lead district meetings to drive sales
Direct Customer Engagement efforts
Utilize technology and sales support resources

Required Qualifications
High School education required
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
