Job Description

Join DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital as a CT Technologist, where you will perform essential diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and quality care. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment
  • Verify patient identity and review medical records for appropriateness of exam
  • Interview patients to obtain and verify medical history
  • Explain procedures to patients and communicate findings to radiologists
  • Participate in process improvement activities within radiology practice
  • Provide imaging education to residents, student technologists, and new employees

Required Qualifications

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) preferred
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
  • One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology or advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
