Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, plan, & perform operations to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, & dismantle manufacturing & support equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance & proactive activities to monitor & maintain equipment condition
  • Troubleshoot and repair Pneumatic Control Systems and PLC Systems
  • Coordinate with other technicians and stakeholders for maintenance activities
  • Support and substitute for EMT Lead on driving production goals
  • Maintain safe, clean, & organized work areas
  • Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Associates/Bachelors degree or relevant certification
  • 2-3 years Electro/Mechanical experience in an automated manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting and repair of Pneumatic Control Systems
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controls
  • Electronic circuit boards
