Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, plan, & perform operations to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, & dismantle manufacturing & support equipment
Troubleshoot and repair Pneumatic Control Systems and PLC Systems
Coordinate with other technicians and stakeholders for maintenance activities
Support and substitute for EMT Lead on driving production goals
Maintain safe, clean, & organized work areas
Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement
Required Qualifications
Associates/Bachelors degree or relevant certification
2-3 years Electro/Mechanical experience in an automated manufacturing environment
Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting and repair of Pneumatic Control Systems
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3 phase (480V) Circuits, Motor starters and controls
