Job Description
Join SCIEX as an Associate Hardware Scientist to drive innovation in mass spectrometry technology. You'll develop novel methodologies and improve customer workflows while working within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enable testing and development of novel hardware for customer workflows
Define methodologies to verify or validate hardware/software
Drive innovation by generating ideas to advance scientific technology
Identify and implement product improvement opportunities
Contribute to on-time delivery of research projects
Required Qualifications
Higher level Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or similar
Broad background in instrument control, machine learning, and software development
Proven publication record in enabling novel instrumentation
Experience with analytical instrumentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing AI/ML algorithms for scientific problems
