Position Title: Registered Nurse –Med/Surg

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (Onsite)

Pay Rate - $33.00 - $51.50 per hour (W2)

Schedule: Day Shift - 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - 3 days per week (36 guaranteed hours)

Night Shift - 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - 3 days per week (36 guaranteed hours)

*36 Guaranteed Hours per Week Unpaid Meal Break 0 Mins

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected medical-surgical unit in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for clinicians who excel in delivering high-quality patient care across a variety of diagnoses and acuity levels. The selected RN will play a key role in assessment, care planning, and implementation of evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, responses, and changes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
• Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies and life-threatening situations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment conducive to patient healing
• Support new staff orientation and assist with clinical student instruction as needed
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold high standards of care
Required Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active RN License in the State of Wisconsin (or eligibility to practice)
• BLS and/or CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
• Proficient in English – reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of patient care equipment and ability to operate safely
• Entry-level RNs encouraged to apply
