Job Description

Join REACH as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, ensuring the safety and maintenance of our helicopter fleet. This key role involves performing inspections and repairs, managing inventory, and collaborating with various teams to provide high-quality medical transport services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs
  • Manage inventory checks for supplies and equipment
  • Document service paperwork and FAA information as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Facilitate coordination between departments, vendors, and team members
  • Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel

Required Qualifications

  • Three (3) Years FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificated experience
  • Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience
  • Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
  • Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
  • Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing ranging from 10-50 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • EC135 maintenance experience
  • Related experience under CFR Parts 133, 135 and 145
  • Autopilot maintenance experience
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience
  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
