Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of human resource management
Develop and facilitate competency management and clinical nursing education
Oversee professional role development and policy standardization
Foster collaborative partnerships and scientific inquiry
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new colleagues
Ensure educational framework is maintained and responsible for fiscal matters
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree Required
Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience in clinical practice
At least 2 years of NPD practitioner experience
At least 3 years of progressive leadership required
Licensed Registered Nurse from the CT DPH obtained prior to hire date
NPD Specialty Certification within six months required
BLS required
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate preferred
