Job Description
Join CHS Inc as a Senior Agronomy Sales Representative and leverage your passion for agriculture to drive impactful sales presentations. This role is pivotal in building relationships with farmers and enhancing their success through innovative agronomy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with suppliers and advise on supply economics
Forecast supply requirements
Manage P and L for assigned territory
Increase sales and margins by prospecting new customers
Facilitate long-term relationships with suppliers and customers
Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals
Execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
Collaborate with other CHS divisions
Demonstrate effective cross-selling success
Maintain a strong safety culture
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and/or GED
4+ years of sales, business development, business operations or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Agronomy sales experience
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field
Proven track record networking with farmers
Outside sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
