Guidewire Developer (Jutro)

We are hiring a Guidewire Developer with hands-on experience in the Jutro Digital Platform to join our digital transformation team. This role will focus on building and enhancing digital insurance experiences using Guidewire’s declarative UI framework (Jutro) and integrating with PolicyCenter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital applications using the Jutro framework and ReactJS.
• Customize and extend ProducerEngage, CustomerEngage, or other Guidewire Digital Portals.
• Implement JSON-RPC services and integrate with Guidewire Edge APIs.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to deliver branded, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the digital stack, including UI, middleware, and integration layers.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to reusable component libraries.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and performance benchmarks.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Guidewire Digital Portal development.
• Strong proficiency in Jutro, React (Hooks, Functional Components), and JavaScript.
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter integration.
• Familiarity with Edge APIs, DTO mapping, and dependency injection.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Guidewire certifications (e.g., Digital Specialist, ACE, or PolicyCenter Configuration).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing frameworks (Jest, GUnit), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Prior work with Advanced Product Designer or Guidewire Cloud Platform is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
