Key Responsibilities
Provide effective milieu management to support a safe and therapeutic environment.
Conduct brief counseling interventions to address immediate client needs.
Facilitate psychoeducation and activity groups as part of the therapeutic programming.
Participate in treatment planning, contributing clinical insights and recommendations.
Collaborate extensively with an interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health/human services
At least one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting or programs
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) in Colorado
Trauma Informed Care experience
Bilingual/bi-cultural
