Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you'll drive sales performance by coaching and developing a team of Sales Consultants. You'll lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and ensure profitable growth in your district.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct coaching sessions and lead district meetings
Drive customer engagement and service channel options
Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
Execute territory planning and management
Provide coaching and timely feedback to sales associates
Required Qualifications
High School education required
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use CRM for planning and forecasting sales growth
Mastery of consultative selling, marketing principles, and negotiations
