Key Responsibilities
Determine donor eligibility for plasma donation
Manage donor adverse events and medical emergencies
Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results
Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs
Manage employee incidents and evaluate further actions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently licensed or certified as EMT-Paramedic
Current CPR and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting
