· 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or client success leadership (preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services).
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PMP certification, or technical certifications in sales systems or automation tools is a plus.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects, shift priorities quickly, and execute in a fast-faced, high-growth environment.
· Demonstrated experience managing teams, designing, documenting, and training on new operational processes across cross-functional teams.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of implementing scalable systems and workflows.
· High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across departments.
· Strong knowledge of HubSpot, NetSuite, and modern sales tech stacks.
· Working knowledge of AI/automation tools and how they can be applied to business operations.
· Customer-first mindset and a passion for solving internal and external pain points.
