A corrections facility is seeking a family physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Troy, VA.

This assignment is set to start ASAP and will last 36 months with the option to extend. Credentialing takes about two weeks. The schedule is MondayFriday, 8 a.m.4:30 p.m., with no call. The provider, MD only (separate need open for NP), will see 1820 adult patients per day. Candidates must hold a Virginia license and DEA. Support staff includes RNs and LPNs. The clinic uses paper charts with Sapphire for prescriptions.
