Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Durham, NC. You'll operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort while collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures and explain the imaging process
Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology
Provide high-quality images to Radiologists for interpretation
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment
Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Current ARRT Certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required
